  • Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for fraudulent, unauthorized, or incomplete transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders ship to verified business addresses within the continental United States unless otherwise arranged.

  • Shipping costs, lead times, and carrier terms vary by region and product type.

  • NewArctic Supply is not liable for delays or losses caused by carriers, inclement weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization.

  • Refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned once sealed units are opened due to EPA handling regulations.

  • A restocking fee may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once products are inspected.

6. Compliance and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, storage, and use of refrigerants.

  • NewArctic Supply does not assume liability for misuse, improper handling, or regulatory noncompliance by purchasers or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including brand names, product images, text, graphics, and design—remains the exclusive property of NewArctic Supply or its suppliers. Use of our materials without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
