Shipping

NewArctic Supply ships products nationwide within the United States, subject to product availability, carrier restrictions, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination, product type, order size, and other factors.

Delivery

Direct delivery by NewArctic Supply is currently available only within California. Delivery service may be offered to eligible customers located in California based on location, order size, scheduling availability, and any applicable delivery requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received and any required customer verification steps are completed. Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, order volume, and compliance review.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided when available, but they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, inventory shortages, regulatory review, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

For direct delivery within California, someone authorized to receive the order may need to be present at the time of delivery. Additional documentation, business verification, or certification may be required for certain refrigerant products.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, product type, order weight, and delivery method. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the designated address or handed off to the carrier, as applicable. Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and report any damage, shortage, or shipping issue within 48 hours.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. NewArctic Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
